โ Session Tracking & Attendance
All lessons are logged in our internal attendance system immediately after completion. This serves as the official record of completed sessions. Photos or videos are occasionally taken for developmental feedback but are not guaranteed and not provided as proof of attendance.
๐ณ Payment & Packages
- All packages must be paid in advance before sessions can be scheduled.
- Individual “pay-as-you-go” lessons are available at a higher per-lesson rate.
- No lessons are held or guaranteed without prepayment.
- If a package is purchased, sessions must be used within 90 days unless otherwise arranged.
๐ซ Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
- Less than 24-hour notice or no-shows will result in the loss of that session, with no credit or refund.
- Emergency exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
๐ Scheduling
- All scheduling is done via our availability calendar and is first come, first served.
- Clients are responsible for booking their lessons using their purchased credits.
- If all sessions fill, clients may join a waitlist for potential openings.
๐ฅ Group Sessions
- Group sessions begin promptly and include individualized warm-ups.
- Students arriving late will join the session in progress and are still responsible for the full session fee.
๐Makeup Policy
- Makeups are only offered for lessons canceled within the policy window.
- Clients must use any approved makeup within the same 30-day period unless otherwise agreed.

- All communication regarding scheduling, payments, and updates will be through [your preferred method: text/email/Superset/etc.].
- Please allow 24–48 hours for responses during peak training seasons.
