✅Session Tracking & Attendance

All lessons are logged in our internal attendance system immediately after completion. This serves as the official record of completed sessions. Photos or videos are occasionally taken for developmental feedback but are not guaranteed and not provided as proof of attendance.

 

💳 Payment & Packages

  • All packages must be paid in advance before sessions can be scheduled.
  • Individual “pay-as-you-go” lessons are available at a higher per-lesson rate.
  • No lessons are held or guaranteed without prepayment.
  • If a package is purchased, sessions must be used within 90 days unless otherwise arranged.

🚫 Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
  • Less than 24-hour notice or no-shows will result in the loss of that session, with no credit or refund.
  • Emergency exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

‼️Zero Tolerance for Disrespect & Harassment Policy

KI PITCHING is a privately owned and operated business. Respect toward myself, all coaches, athletes, and families is not optional. It is a requirement of participation in this program.

Any form of disrespectful, demeaning, belittling, threatening, harassing, intimidating, or bullying behavior directed toward myself, another coach, athlete, or family will not be tolerated.

This includes behavior through text messages, phone calls, emails, social media, or in-person interactions.

KI PITCHING reserves the right to immediately terminate any athlete’s or family’s participation in the program for violations of this policy.

Depending on the severity of the behavior, consequences may include:

  • Immediate dismissal from the program.
  • Cancellation of all future scheduled lessons.
  • Forfeiture of remaining prepaid lesson credits, subject to applicable law.
  • Permanent refusal of future training services.

Dismissal for a serious violation may occur without prior warning.

I welcome respectful questions, concerns, and constructive conversations. However, disagreements do not give anyone the right to disrespect, intimidate, or belittle the individuals running this business.

Any parent posting negative things via social media platforms will be immediately removed from the program without refund.

KI PITCHING is a business built on professionalism, dedication, mutual respect, and a commitment to athlete development. I have the right to establish boundaries, protect my coaches, and determine who participates in my program.

By enrolling in KI PITCHING, parents, guardians, and athletes acknowledge and agree to uphold these standards.

Respect is expected. Disrespect has consequences.


📆 Scheduling

  • All scheduling is done via our availability calendar and is first come, first served.
  • Clients are responsible for booking their lessons using their purchased credits.
  • If all sessions fill, clients may join a waitlist for potential openings.
  • Scheduling priority is executed by the length of time training with KI PITCHING.

👥 Group Sessions

  • Group sessions begin promptly and include individualized warm-ups.
  • Students arriving late will join the session in progress and are still responsible for the full session fee.

🔄Makeup Policy

  • Makeups are only offered for lessons canceled within the policy window.
  • Clients must use any approved makeup within the same 30-day period unless otherwise agreed.

🧾Communication

  • All communication regarding scheduling, payments, and updates will be through [your preferred method: text/email/Superset/etc.].
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for responses during peak training seasons.


‼️Lesson Payment Policy

To ensure fairness, consistency, and respect for all athletes and scheduled lesson times, KI PITCHING enforces the following payment policy for all students:

  • Lesson packages must be paid in full prior to use.
  • Once all package credits are used, lessons will transition to pay-per-session until a new package is purchased.
  • Payment for individual lessons is due on the day of the lesson, no later than one (1) hour before the scheduled start time.
  • Lessons that are not paid by this deadline are subject to cancellation and may impact any future scheduled lessons.
  • Payment requests will be sent via Venmo prior to the start of the first scheduled lesson of the evening.
  • Cash payments are accepted upon arrival to the lesson.
  • This policy applies equally to all athletes and is enforced consistently.

KI PITCHING reserves the right to withhold or cancel sessions if payment requirements are not met. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we work to provide high-quality training to all athletes.
