Cancellation Policy

Lessons must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled timeslot for your child. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will not receive credit for a future lesson, nor will a refund be issued. However, cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will result in a credit for one lesson. In the event that I must cancel a lesson, you will also receive a lesson credit. Please note that there are no cash refunds; all refunds are provided as lesson credits.

 

No Call, No Show!

Failure to attend your scheduled lesson without informing the instructor will result in the forfeiture of any credit for that lesson. Kindly ensure you review the availability schedule on a weekly basis, as it reflects the dates and times booked for your child. A no-call, no-show will lead to the loss of the lesson, with no credit or refund provided.

Makeup credits

In the event that a student initiates a cancellation outside the 24-hour notice period, a credit will be issued. This credit must be utilized within 60 days from the date of cancellation. We ensure the availability of a minimum of two time slots per week for 2 months for scheduling a makeup session for your child. If these slots do not work with your schedule, it will be your own responsibility to find a slot that fits your child's schedule. If there is a slot outside of the 60-day time period, please contact me privately and I will either approve or deny the make-up lesson. Should the cancellation be initiated by the instructor, you will have one year from the cancellation date to redeem your makeup credit. Our refund policy is structured to issue refunds in the form of lesson credits for future sessions. However, in circumstances where the instructor is unable to provide 2 lesson slots per week for 60-days, you may request a cash refund. If there are already 2+ slots open at the time of cancellation, instructors will not reach out to you with make-up options, as there are already slots available. If these slots do not work, at that point please feel free to reach out to the instructor directly.

 

 

 

**KI PITCHING maintains the right to alter or discontinue services and end the client-business relationship at any time due to reasons including, but not limited to, the Client's (or parents) inappropriate or offensive conduct, harassment, or any irresponsible or disrespectful behavior.
